Both burn calories and fat

You need to follow a healthy diet and engage in regular exercise to burn fat if you want to get fit and slim.

The most important thing to realize about exercise is that eating calories does not equate to eating fat.

Losing the muscle to fat ratio is your primary goal when exercising, and calorie intake alone will not help you achieve this.
Our bodies start burning calories when we exercise, but these calories come from the sugars in our bodies. Your body needs oxygen in order to use the calories from the fat you have burned.

The amount of oxygen your body needs to begin consuming fat can be measured precisely, and the primary method of figuring out how much your body needs is to monitor your objective pulse while exercising.
Please be advised that you will primarily lose "water weight," which will slow down your digestion, if you begin consuming only starches for calories.
Similarly, think of sugar-derived calories as energy calories.

Your muscles will not have enough energy to increase their metabolism, which is a cunning way of burning fat, if you lose too many calories.
In order to make up for the calories you consume from energy, you should then increase your calorie intake while on an activity program.

Consumption of fat calories while exercising

Your body goes through several phases during high-impact exercises before it reaches the point where it starts consuming fat.
People will tell you that during the first ten minutes of exercise, you only eat sugar (carbohydrates) and not fat.
 This is somewhat in agreement.

I say this because if you are not consistent enough to give your body the oxygen it needs, or if you are exercising too hard and your body is unable to get enough oxygen to eat fat, you will eventually keep eating sugar.
To ensure that your body uses the fat it burns for energy rather than sugar or carbs, you should move at a steady pace when exercising—neither too fast nor too slow. In a similar vein, keep in mind that you will not necessarily remain at your fat-burning point.

If you are not moving at a pace that is suitable for your body, you will not be able to continue in the fat-consuming phase.
Keep moving quickly and make sure you are inside.

Consuming calories from fat is still

Weightlifting is the primary anaerobic activity that allows you to continue consuming fat calories for hours after your workout is over.
One method of consistently burning fat is to lift weights.

You will burn more calories from weightlifting than from vigorous exercise because it is an anaerobic activity.

When lifting weights, the majority of your calories come from sugars (which means you need to eat a lot more calories every day to stay energized), but the majority of your calories still come from fat.
Weightlifting raises the metabolic rate, which involves burning fat for energy, which explains why fat is used.

You need to do both anaerobic (weightlifting) and high-impact (cardio) exercises to make your body the best fat-consuming machine.
